Travel Physical Therapist (PT)Skilled Nursing Facility | Monterey County, CA We are seeking a passionate and adaptable Travel PT for a large, dynamic skilled nursing facility in Monterey County, CA. The PT will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall functional independence. Requirements: Active CA PT License SNF Experience Preferred (Mentorship Available for 0-1 Years Experience) Strong Documentation and Time-Management Skills Flexible and Collaborative Mindset Preference for Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday Schedule Position may require floatation to sister facility within walking distance Duties: Evaluate and Treat SNF Patients Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Care Team Complete Documentation in Net Health per Facility Standards Position Urgency:Normal Billing string = Pacific Coast Post Acute and Outpatient Physical Therapy
