Description

This position is responsible for enhancing, participating and supporting patient care with a focus on quality and safety. The OTR, with a physician referral, is authorized to treat patients in accordance with O.T. Practice Guidelines. The O.T. will work in an interdisciplinary manner with other departments to provide quality care. Must demonstrate proficiency in the electronic medical record, including proper documentation. Primarily scheduled Monday through Friday.

Pros

They will get you a contract. Pay for flights (out of your money though) will help you find housing (out of your money though)

Cons

Low-ball travelers, mess up paperwork, lie about pay, steal money bout of your check, they unfortunately take advantage of travelers and don’t pay out bonuses sometimes. If you refer someone they don’t keep their word and pay you per referral. I wouldn’t recommmend them to anyone.
