Description
As a Senior Pharmacist, you will manage medication therapy and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Your role includes verifying prescriptions, counseling patients, and overseeing pharmacy technicians. This position requires flexibility to cover variable shifts and weekends, and experience with Epic is preferred.

Graduate of school of pharmacy: Required
Two years experience as a clinical pharmacist specializing in a regulatory area: Preferred
One year hospital pharmacy experience: REQUIRED
Epic experience preferred
Two years technical experience: Preferred
