Description
This role involves working in a busy medical-surgical overflow unit, providing essential care to patients with a variety of needs. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, assisting with daily activities, and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and comfort. Flexibility is key, as the unit may experience fluctuating patient numbers, and LPNs may be required to float to different areas as needed.
