Description

As a Certified Surgical Tech, you will work directly under the supervision of a surgeon to assist in the safe and effective conduct of invasive surgical procedures. Your responsibilities include preparing the operating room, ensuring the availability of necessary instruments, and maintaining a sterile environment. You will support the surgical team by anticipating their needs during procedures and helping to train new staff in the surgical technologist role. This hands-on position is crucial for patient safety and requires a commitment to excellence.
