Description
The Progressive Care nurse will provide care to hemodynamically stable or predictably unstable patients in a medical/surgical unit. Responsibilities include monitoring post-op surgical patients and those requiring intensive care, as well as providing emotional and spiritual support. Nurses will operate advanced medical equipment and collaborate with other disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery. This role requires a strong ability to assess and implement care plans and direct support staff effectively.
