Job ID #28789161 Join Our Team as a Med/Surg Traveler Nurse! 🩺 Position: Med/Surg Registered Nurse 📍 Location: New Hanover Health, NC 🌙 Shift: Night Shift – 4x12 Hour (18:45 - 07:15) 🗓 Contract Length: 13 weeks 💼 Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours/week Requirements: -Experience: Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg experience required; first-time travelers will not be accepted. -Certifications: Current BLS certification required; ACLS and telemetry experience preferred. -Licensure: Active NC or Compact License needed at the time of start. -Flexibility: Must be comfortable floating between units and adapting to changing patient needs. Key Details: -Ratios: 1:6, flexible based on organizational needs. -Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend. -RTO Policy: 7 days maximum; RTO cannot be submitted after booking. -Holiday Commitment: Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays. -Patient Care: May involve caring for patients with COVID and working on the Storm Team during catastrophic events.
