Job Description

• Requirements:

  • ACLS, BLS, and ARRT certifications required.
  • Must be able to scrub with physician during procedures and manage x-ray and procedural equipment.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience required.

Contract Length

• 13 weeks

• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
• BLS - Basic Life Support
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
• EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring
• State License Verification
• NURSYS Verification (for RNs)
• NIH Stroke Certification
• CPI - Crisis Prevention Institute
• Tech Cert Verification - National

Health Documents Required

• Physical Exam (within 1 year of start)
• Fit Mask (annual update required)
• Tdap Vaccine (within 10 years)
• Negative TB or Chest X-Ray (within 1 year)
• TB Questionnaire (within 90 days of start)
• Vaccination Records for:

  • Rubeola (Measles)
  • Mumps
  • Rubella
  • Hepatitis B
  • Varicella
• Drug Testing (9 Panel within 90 days of start)
• Flu Vaccine or Medical/Religious Exemptions during flu season
• COVID-19 Vaccination or Medical/Religious Exemptions

Background Check

• 7-year criminal check required, updated annually.

References

• 2 professional references required (only 1 for non-clinical candidates).
