Description

**Job Title: Home Health • Registered Nurse • Days**

**Location:** Everett, WA

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to provide compassionate care to patients in their homes.

**Responsibilities:**

• Deliver quality nursing care in home settings.
• Conduct assessments and create care plans.
• Use Oasis and HCHB for records.
• Perform Start of Care, routine visits, and recertifications.
• Manage approximately 5 patient visits daily.

**Schedule:**

• 13•week contract, 40 hours/week
• Monday to Friday, 8 am • 5 pm
• Day shifts, no on•call
• Potential for contract extension

**Qualifications:**

• Valid Compact or WA RN License
• BLS certification
• 2+ years RN experience, with Home Health expertise
• Proficient in Oasis and HCHB

**Additional Information:**

• Scrub color: Any
• PPE: TBD
• Coverage: Snohomish County
