Description
At Least one year Level I Trauma experience required. (recent preferred).
Skills: Required Skills & Experience:- Minimum of one (1) year experience in an acute operating room environment.-Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, techniques and procedures.-Excellent understanding of AORN Standards.-Ability to organize, plan, coordinate and evaluate nursing services and apply nursing techniques.-Ability to maintain good working relationships with other employees.-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Ability to work effectively as part of a team providing excellent specialized care.-Some computer skills.Preferred Skills & Experience:-N/A
Education: Required Education: -Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.Preferred Education: -Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Nursing Board Approved Program. Required Certifications & Licensure: -Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC). -Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association.Preferred Certifications & Licensure: -CNOR.
