Description

COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required. Flu vaccination will be required October through April. Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix Children s prior to starting. Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the full respiratory virus season

 

This assignment will float between our three campuses Main, 1919 East Thomas Road, Phoenix, AZ 85016 Avondale, 1665 North Avondale Boulevard, Avondale, AZ 85392 Arrowhead, 19007 N. 67th Avenue, Glendale, AZ 85308

 

Experience Requirements: Two (2) years experience as a licensed respiratory therapist. Minimum of two (2) year pediatric critical care experience (Critical Care and Emergency/Trauma strongly preferred). Level III or IV NICU experience strongly preferred. 
 

Current, Active, Permanent State of Arizona Respiratory Care Practitioner license. Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) from the NBRC. Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association. Current PALS certification from the American Heart Association. American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC) membership preferred. NRP preferred.
