Description

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg

*Hiring new Grads !

Position Type: Direct Hire
Shifts: Varied (includes nights/weekends)
Pay Range: $32.61 – $49.28 per hour
Shift Differential: $4.00/night, $3.25/weekend

Sign on Bonus: Upto $20,000

Qualifications:

Active RN license in Illinois or Michigan
BLS certification (AHA Healthcare Provider)
BSN preferred
Experience with EMR and Microsoft Office preferred

Responsibilities:

Deliver safe, effective nursing care per best practices
Assess and implement individualized patient care plans
Document accurately and maintain confidentiality
Support and educate patients, families, and staff
Participate in quality improvement and cost-effective care initiatives

Benefits:
