Respiratory Therapist (Allied)
Samaritan Medical Center, Watertown, New York
$72,758.40 - $89,752.00


Seeking a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team at Samaritan. As a Full-Time Respiratory Therapist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our patients through the provision of high-quality respiratory services.

Full time, 7p-7a Shift, every other weekend

Responsibilities:
Conduct polysomnography testing on patients under the direction of Medical Director, including routine nocturnal polysomnography, daytime polysomonography, and multiple sleep latency testing.

Maintains patient files, both paper and electronic.

Accurately enters data into computerized patient records and billing system.

Uses an understanding of the principles of growth and development to assess each patient’s age-specific needs and care.

Assists with the testing of EEG patients as needed.

Requirements: BLS Must be licensed by NYS as RT or RTT to perform oxygen, CPAP or bi-level titrations. 1 year of RT experience
