STAFF Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg – Bradenton, FL

💰 Compensation & Perks

Hourly Pay: $30.76 – $41.50 (Based on experience)
Night Shift Differential: +$4.75/hr
Weekend Differential: +$3.00/hr
National Certification Bonus: +$2.00/hr
Sign-On Bonus:
- $10,000 (Days)
- $15,000 (Nights)
  (Paid partially on 1st/2nd check, remainder in 6-month increments)
Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 (With HR approval)

Patient Ratio: 6:1
Shift: Full-Time – Days or Nights (Rotating weekends)
Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital
Position Type: Permanent, Contingent

👩‍⚕️ Qualifications

Education:
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required
- BSN preferred
License/Certifications:
- Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license
- BLS (AHA or Red Cross) – Required
- ACLS – Preferred, must be obtained within 6 months of hire
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year RN experience required
- Open to RNs from LTACH, Home Health, or Rehab settings
- Must be able to attend on-site interviews to be eligible for offer
