shift: 8 hour days, 8a-430

outpatient generally 8, in patient varies 5-12 treated per day.

General Certification Requirements: BLS, must take 8 hours of in house ortho education prior to ortho patient treatments.- Other Certs Required for all OT: State of WI license or application in place.- Common diagnosis/Types of patients: TSA (total shoulder arthroplasty)/shoulder scopes, pediatric, hand and UE injuries, pelvic floor, vestibular, hand therapy. Splint making. - Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient: Expected to cover acute inpatient and surgical ortho patients. May include outpatient dependent on previous experience.- What areas are they required to cover: Would be one or the other of above.- Experience: Previous EPIC experience would be helpful. Previous travel preferred. One year of experience. Outpatient experience a plus. Mostly will work Inpatient

.- Rehab Aides/COTA's: 2 OTR, 1 PRN OTR, 1 COTA, 1 PRN COTA.- Shifts & Scheduling: Mon-Fri 8-4:30.- Weekend Requirements: none- Holiday Requirements: Generally closed.-
