Cardiac Catheterization Technologist (2 years)

Description

Interventional Cardiac Tech/RN – Day Shift (5x8, 07:00–15:00)

Guaranteed Hours: Yes

Requirements

Minimum 1 year in interventional cardiac procedures
Must have travel experience
First-time travelers accepted
Inpatient & outpatient experience required
Equipment documentation proficiency required
Certifications (Techs):
- ARRT (R) or RCIS or CCI
- ACLS, BLS
- MO or Compact license (RN only)
- Permanent license in hand at submission (no temp licenses)
Skills Required:
- Scrubbing: Interventional cardiac, pacemakers (temp & permanent), vascular cases
- Circulating procedures (RN only)
- Central line insertion/management
- Rotablator atherectomy
- TAVI/TAVR
- Ventricular Assist Device insertion
- Aseptic technique, airway management
- TEVAR, EVAR, CABG, mitral valve replacement, carotid endarterectomy, fem-pop bypass graft, AAA repair, cardiomyoplasty, ASD repair, atherectomy, pericardial window
