Description
ICU RN *Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS & TNCC / TCAR / or experience with the care of trauma patients* NO CLINICAL INVOLVEMENT FIT TESTING / FACIAL HAIR- Please note, if a clinician for this facility has facial hair, they will be required to pass the either the Primary or Secondary fit test (3M Aura 1860 sm or reg/3M 1870+). If unable to pass - A Portacount test would be required, which CANNOT be completed on clinicians with facial hair & PAPR CANNOT be completed on site solely due to failing because of facial hair - contract would be canceled if facial hair cannot be removed. - # of Beds: 4 - Nurse:Patient Ratios: 1:2-3 depending on acuity - Common diagnoses/Types of patients: DKA, sepsis pts, respiratory failure, cardiac(rate and rhythm control), medical detox, art lines, CVP - Are RNs required to titrate drips?: Yes - Common titratable &/or set rate drips:
