2+ acute nursing care (hospital base) and Home Care experience Valid Driver License required for this need Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision/assistance Acute care experience preferred Certified home health experience including proficiency with OASIS required WILL NOT CONSIDER ANY TRAVELER WHO RESIDES WITHIN 50 MILES OF FACILITY. Shift: Days: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (8 hrs) Shift Notes: 8hr days 40hr guarantee On Call Requirements: No Call Weekend Requirements: Rotating Weekends/Holiday Coverage Required if needed
