Primary Location: Gundersen Palmer - West Union, IA

Guaranteed Hours: 40hrs* GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed*

Shift: 8hr days, Mon-Fri (shifts 730a-4p)

equired License/Certs: IA Pharmacist LicenseRequired Education: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited School of PharmacyMinimum 1+ years of hospital pharmaceutical experience (for inpatient practice areas)Charting: EPIC Willow experience REQUIRED Experience required: Must have experience in Critical access, inpatient, outpatient, chemo/outpatient infusion experience, compoundingMust have strong assessment and critical thinking skills!
