Role Overview: 
BCBAs work with individuals with behavioral and developmental challenges, collaborating with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop behavior intervention plans. This role offers the opportunity to work with young learners in a supportive school environment while making a lasting impact on their development.
 

Qualifications:
*Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or like degree
*Valid CA BCBA
 

Job Details:
*Full-time
*Start in November for the remainder of the school year until June 2026
*Caseload is all ages 
*8:15AM-3:00PM
*Pay Rate: $68-$90 per hour 
*In-Person Only
 

Key Responsibilities: 
*Shared caseload/part of Behavior Team
*Behavior planning, bIP development, Goal monitoring
*Direct BIS services
*FBA writing
