Description
We’re seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic and collaborative team! This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of children by helping them reach their highest potential through individualized, evidence-based physical therapy interventions. Setting: Outpatient clinic
Schedule: Full time
Pay: $45-49/per hour. Rates are negotiable based on experience.
Duration: Direct Hire or contractor. You choose!

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat children with developmental, neurological, and orthopedic conditions.
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, balance, and coordination.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support functional outcomes at home, in school, and in the community.
- Educate families and caregivers on home exercise programs and ongoing therapeutic strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state and facility guidelines.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education to support ongoing professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist.
- Experience with pediatric populations (early intervention, school-based, or outpatient) preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- A passion for helping children achieve independence and functional success!
