Description

We’re seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic and collaborative team! This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of children by helping them reach their highest potential through individualized, evidence-based physical therapy interventions. Setting: Outpatient clinic

Schedule: Full time

Pay: $45-49/per hour. Rates are negotiable based on experience.

Duration: Direct Hire or contractor. You choose!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat children with developmental, neurological, and orthopedic conditions.
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, balance, and coordination.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support functional outcomes at home, in school, and in the community.
  • Educate families and caregivers on home exercise programs and ongoing therapeutic strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with state and facility guidelines.
  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education to support ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist.
  • Experience with pediatric populations (early intervention, school-based, or outpatient) preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  • A passion for helping children achieve independence and functional success!
Local or travel. Private clinic who truly cares for their patients. New grads welcome to apply! No PEDS experience required but must have a passion to work with children.
