GHR is searching for a Registered Respiratory Therapist to join a team in

Boston, MA!

Location: Boston, MA
Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts (36 hours/week)
Shift Details: PMs, Every Other Weekend (EOW), Every Other Holiday (EOH)
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: $2,240/week (gross)

Job Summary:
This Level I Trauma facility is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to join their critical care team. The ideal candidate will bring advanced clinical skills and autonomy in ventilator management, as well as experience in both MICU and SICU settings.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 5 years of recent experience in a Level I trauma center
Recent critical care experience in MICU and SICU required
Familiarity with lung protective ventilation strategies
Participation on Code Blue Team
Must be able to make ventilator decisions based on patient assessment and laboratory data
Experience with Level III NICU preferred
Experience using Drager XL and V500 vents preferred
Must have EPIC EMR experience

Certifications:

RRT certification required
MA Respiratory Care License required
BLS required
NPS and/or ACCS preferred

Equipment: Phillips Epic (brand new)
