🏥 Float Pool RN - Medical Surgical

📍 HCA Florida North Florida Hospital – Gainesville, FL
💼 Permanent, Contingent | $43/hr flat | Nights +$4.25 | Weekends +$3
🎁 Sign-On Bonus: $15K Days / $25K Nights | Relocation: Case-by-case

🔍 Position Overview

Join a supportive team as a Float Pool RN where you’ll provide care across various med-surg units in a fast-paced, team-oriented hospital.

Schedule: 3x12s, Rotating Weekends
- Days: 7a–7p
- Nights: 7p–7a
Ratio: Up to 7:1 nurse-to-patient
Note: In-person interview required (may include shadow/tour/admin interview)

✅ Requirements

1+ year recent Med-Surg acute care RN experience (required)
FL or Compact RN license (Compact must obtain FL license within 60 days)
BLS within 30 days of start
Must reside within 60 minutes of the facility
Flexible to float across multiple units
