š¼ Permanent, Contingent | $43/hr flat | Nights +$4.25 | Weekends +$3
š Sign-On Bonus: $15K Days / $25K Nights Ā | Relocation: Case-by-case
š Position Overview
Join a supportive team as a Float Pool RN where youāll provide care across various med-surg units in a fast-paced, team-oriented hospital.
- Schedule: 3x12s, Rotating Weekends
- Days: 7aā7p
- Nights: 7pā7a
- Ratio: Up to 7:1 nurse-to-patient
- Note: In-person interview required (may include shadow/tour/admin interview)
ā Requirements
- 1+ year recent Med-Surg acute care RN experience (required)
- FL or Compact RN license (Compact must obtain FL license within 60 days)
- BLS within 30 days of start
- Must reside within 60 minutes of the facility
- Flexible to float across multiple units
