Description

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00

**Bilingual Spanish a must**
Floating: There is potential the clinician will be needed to be assigned to other clinics, but with at least a 24-hour notice. Additional clinics are in Phoenix, Glendale and Goodyear.
Skillset:

  • Able to screen and administer immunizations to children in a high-volume setting.
  • Able to deliver professional and courteous customer service to all individuals
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of activities through notes, reporting forms, consent forms and computer databases.

Responsibilities:

  • Appropriately store and handle all vaccines.
  • Screen and administer immunizations to children in a high-volume setting
  • Deliver professional and courteous customer service to all individuals
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of activities through nurse's notes, reporting forms, consent forms and computer databases
  • Provide proof of administered vaccines and education to clients
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Experience:

  • One (1) or more years of current nursing experience
  • Community based nursing experience and/or immunization nursing experience

Preferred Experience:

  • Two (2) or more years of current nursing experience
  • Bilingual skills in English/Spanish

Required Licensure:

  • AZ or compact state Registered Nursing License

Additional Information:

  • Must possess or have the ability to obtain a valid Arizona driver's license by the time of hire
  • Must secure and maintain an Arizona Department of Public Safety Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card and complete and pass a background check
  • Employee must have reliable transportation, may have to travel to another location if coverage is needed
