Description
🧑‍⚕️ Physical Therapist – General Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate patients’ physical conditions, medical histories, and treatment goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
- Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and injury prevention.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate records.
