Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy
Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice pharmacy in the State of Utah
Licensure to dispense controlled substances in the State of Utah

This position is a full-time. The following holiday scheduled are required to be covered, Thanksgiving 11/26/2025 - 11/30/2025, Christmas 12/23/2025 - 12/28/2025, and New Years Eve & New Years Day 12/31/2025-1/2/2026. Anticipated schedule: 40 hours/week, with variable schedule to cover retail pharmacy operating hours. Hours of operation for Portal Pharmacy Monday - Saturday (9:30AM-8:30PM), and Sunday (2:30PM-7:30PM) Thanksgiving 11/27/2025 (9:30AM-2:30PM) Christmas Eve 12/24/2025 (9:30AM-6:30PM), Christmas Day 12/25/2026 (11:30AM-4:30PM) New Years Eve 12/31/2025 (9:30AM-6:30PM), New Years Day 1/1/2026 (11:30AM-4:40PM)
