Description
The Cath Lab is on the cutting edge with new procedures and new technology. The role of the RN is direct patient care including conscious sedation and monitoring including documenting with our new Hemodynamic system from Change Health Care. Our working business hours are Monday to Friday from 0700 to 1730. A day off during the week will rotate each week. There is 8 to 10 days per month of On Call expectation. The normal rotation is one night a week (1730 to 0700) and one in every 3 weeks with Call on Friday 1730-0700 with 0700 to 0700 on Saturday and Sunday. The call team consists of 2 RNs and 1 Radiologist Technologist. The Cath Lab will provide scrubs and a lead apron for cases. You must have housing within 30 minutes for STEMI (heart attack) call. The teams are closed knit members who take care of each other. We have a mix of Radiology Technologist and RN's.
Must live 100 miles from facility to be considered for a travel assignment.
