Description

Position Details:
Start Date: 12/15/2025
Location: Everett, MA
Schedule: 5x8 Days (Monday–Friday, with flexibility for variable shifts and occasional weekends)
Contract Length: 26 weeks
Requirements:
- Active Massachusetts PT license (required at submission)
- NPI number
- Current AHA BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of PT experience (acute care required)
- Must be competent in evaluations, treatments, and re-evaluations in an acute care environment
- Ability to float between Everett and Cambridge as needed
- Flu vaccine required during season
- EPIC EMR experience preferred
- Two recent manager/supervisor references matching specialty
