Description
MUST HAVE ACTIVE ALASKA LICENSE at time of submittal.
Case Manager experience must be within the last 2 years.
PROOF OF FLU VACCINE REQUIRED
Education, Certifications, and Licenses Required
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Current full, unrestricted Registered Nursing license in Alaska required at time of submittal.
Basic Life Support certification preferred.
National Case Management certification preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience Required
At least 1 year of case management experience.
