Registered Nurse - Wound Care (Ostomy Certified)
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: 10/27
- Unit: Inpatient Wound Care
- # of Hours per week: 40
Required Certifications: BLS, Wound care certification, Ostomy certification (CWOCN)
Pay Package:
- Weekly Gross: $3,280/week
- Hourly Base Pay: $50
- Overtime Pay: $75
- Weekly Stipends: $1,280
Patient Types:
1. Inpatient/Outpatient/HBO/Ostomy – manager discretion on type of experience traveler has
2. Wound Care patients: Very large variety of patients with wounds of various causes included but not limited to diabetic foot wounds, vascular wounds, and pressure injuries.
Patient Ratio: Typically: 1 patient/hour – dependent on complexity
Skills Required: General wound care background is a must, Wound Vacs, Nurse Level Debridement, Perform ABIs, Cast cutting
