Pharmacist – Monday–Friday

Location: Rolla, ND
Schedule: 8-Hour Day Shifts, Monday–Friday

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and self-sufficient Pharmacist to join our team. This role requires an experienced professional who can work independently and ensure the safe, effective, and compliant delivery of pharmacy services in a rural hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all pharmacy operations within the facility.
• Review, prepare, and dispense medications accurately according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient medication therapies and provide appropriate recommendations to healthcare providers.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state pharmacy regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and inventory of pharmaceuticals.
• Provide patient education and counseling on medication use and side effects.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other staff to ensure optimal patient care.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain prior to start).
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of hospital or critical access pharmacy experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage pharmacy operations solo.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
