STEP-DOWN RN  <ul><li>Will be required to work in the ED-HOLD. This unit holds individuals for 23 hours for additional observation. Unit Description:</li><li>Trach care, bariatrics, nocturnal vents, stroke care 1:5 for SD/PCU; 1:6 if floated to acute care. </li><li>MSD cares for PD patients, CSD cares for stroke patients, SSD cares for surgical patients.  Experience and Requirements:</li><li>Must have a MIN. of 2 years’ experience working on a Step Down/PCU unit.  </li><li>Contract Length: 6 weeks  </li><li>Specialty: Must be true STEP-DOWN RN- M/S tele are not accepted  </li><li>Weekend: Every other  </li><li>Holiday: 1 per contract  </li><li>RTO: no more than 3 days  </li><li>License: NJ or compact  </li><li>Certs: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (AHA only)  Float Requirements</li><li>Nurse must be willing to float to ED Hold and other units within specialty</li></ul>
