Job Title: CVOR Surgical Technologist – Day Shift (13-Week Contract) 

Location: Fort Myers, FL 

Start Date: November 10, 2025 

Shift: Day, 4x10-Hour (Flexible Day Off) 

Contract Length: 13 Weeks

 Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week 

Radius Rule: Must reside at least 50 miles away

Overview: Our client in Fort Myers, Florida is seeking an experienced CVOR Surgical Technologist for a 13-week contract. This role requires advanced open-heart surgical experience and prior travel assignments. Candidates must be flexible, collaborative, and ready to float to sister campuses as needed. Culture fit is essential—travelers are welcomed and expected to function as core staff.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR experience
• Heavy cardiac/open-heart surgical experience required
• Prior travel experience required
• BLS certification required
• CST certification preferred
• Must submit all RTO and schedule requests with initial application
• Full demographic information required at submission (address, email, DOB, SSN, license number)

Scheduling & Call Requirements:

• 10-hour day shifts with one flexible day off per week
• Call required: approximately 1 weekend per month and 1–2 weekday evenings (end of shift to 06:30 AM)
• Specific call details to be discussed during interview
• Midweek start available
• Hard document deadline: Monday prior to start date
