Description
Education Requirements: Successful completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapist Program.
Experience Requirements: Two (2) years’ experience as a licensed respiratory therapist. Minimum of two (2) year pediatric critical care experience (Critical Care and Emergency/Trauma strongly preferred). Level III or IV NICU experience strongly preferred.
Certification/License/Registry Requirements: Current, Active, Permanent State of Arizona Respiratory Care Practitioner license or current temporary license in hand (they don't want to see in process or willing to obtain upon offer) Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) from the NBRC. Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association. Current PALS certification from the American Heart Association. American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC) membership preferred. NRP preferred.
