Our personnel includes Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Occupational Therapists, and Unit Coordinators. Patient demographics are birth-adult. Rehabilitation services include balance training, fall risk assessment, vestibular, neurological, repetitive use injuries, orthopedic conditions- post-operative and chronic.
Documentation System: Inpatient: PowerChart, Outpatient: Re Doc

Requirements

Job Requirements:

Education and Work Experience:

High School Education/GED or equivalent: Required
Associates/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
Two years' physical therapy or technical experience: Preferred

Licenses/Certifications:

Physical Therapy Assistant licensure in the state of practice: Required
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification: Required
Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA): Required
