Physical Therapist (PT) – Occupational Medicine

Greene, NY | Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM | Onsite + Industrial Setting

Join a hands-on, proactive team focused on injury prevention, early intervention, and return-to-work programs! This role blends clinical care and on-site industrial safety in both a clinic and warehouse environment.

✅ Location: 6 Wheeler St, Greene, NY
✅ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30a–4:30p
✅ Focus: Ergonomics, functional capacity, OSHA/industrial rehab, work hardening
✅ Requirements: NY PT license + BLS (AHA/HSI/ARC)
✅ Preferred: Experience in occupational health, ergonomics, or industrial settings
✅ Travel: Occasional to Binghamton/Syracuse
