Onboarding Requirements

1. Must have Iowa SING BG to clear (Criminal and Child Abuse portions required)
2. All background checks must be fully cleared prior to start (no instant or statewide searches accepted)
3. Mandatory reporter certification required (Child and Adult)
4. Drug test must be a 10-panel screening including opiates
5. Titers must be within the last 12 months (MMR, Hep B, Varicella, TB)
6. Start dates available on Monday or Tuesday

Required Certifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
• STABLE (Sugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood pressure, Lab work, and Emotional support)
