Description
**Job Title: Float Pool Registered Nurse • Night Shift**
Join our team in Lancaster, CA as a Float Pool RN for night shifts, covering MedSurg, PCU, and possibly CCU units.
**Responsibilities:**
• Deliver quality nursing care across various units
• Adapt to unit protocols and patient needs
• Collaborate for optimal patient outcomes
• Work weekends and holidays as required
**Qualifications:**
• Valid CA RN license
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• 1+ year travel nursing experience
• 2+ years in a Float Pool
• Commitment to a 13•week contract
**Shift Details:**
• Night shift starting at 7 PM
• 36 or 48 hours per week (48 preferred)
