Description

Salary Estimate: $110,000 - $170,000 

Incentive Bonus of Up To 17.5%

Sign-On Bonus: Case by Case

Relocation: Starting At $5,000 

 

Required Education: 

·       Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Nursing/Two Year Surgical Technology Course

·       Current Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT) or Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) 

Required License/Certification: IAHCSMM Certification


 

Required Experience:

·       Minimum of five (5) years Sterile Processing, Two Year Surgical Technology Course or CRCST by (IAHCSMM). 

·       Excellent leadership skills, communication and technical skills. 

·       Ability to work under pressure situations. 

·       Attention to details. 

·       Ability to operate computer. 

·       Knowledge of operating room instrumentation and equipment. 

·       Knowledge of aseptic technique and infection control. 

·       5 years of progressive leadership experience in Central Sterile Processing 

 

Required for Submission: 5 years of progressive leadership experience in Central Sterile Processing


 

Additional Information:

 

Candidates submitted over must have experience leading larger teams at larger facilities - please include metrics in resumes for consideration 

Acute Care Experience is required 

Director will report to the VP of Surgical Services

Department currently has 7 Team Leads

# of FTEs: 80

Department uses (SPM) - SPM Workflow

Service Lines: Endo, OR, CVOR, L&D

 

Department also supports Inpatient & Outpatient Ambulatory Clinics
