Job Title: RN Float Pool – Med Surg/Tele (Travel Assignment) 

Location: Westminster, CO 

 Employment Type: Contract (13 weeks) 

Shift: Nights, 3x12-Hour (36 hours/week) 

Start Date: December 1, 2025

Overview Our client is seeking a flexible and experienced Med Surg/Tele RN for a float pool travel assignment based in Westminster, Colorado. This position does not have a designated home unit or facility. Nurses will float across locations within a 60-mile radius of the float zone’s city center, with assignments varying by schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in Med Surg and Telemetry units across multiple  facilities
• Adapt to changing assignments and environments while maintaining consistent patient care standards
• Perform duties aligned with policies, which may include tasks outside the original job scope
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes
• Document accurately and efficiently in accordance with facility protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license (Colorado or compact state)
• Minimum 1 year of Med Surg/Tele experience preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge and nursing skills relevant to the specialty
• Ability to float to any location within the designated float zone
• Willingness to work variable assignments and adapt to different facility needs

Additional Information

• This is a centralized float position with no home unit
• Float assignments may change on a schedule-by-schedule basis
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts per week
