Unit: Specialty Hospital to AR (Acute Rehab), Ratios: AR = 1:5-7, SH: 1:4, GT: 36,
Length: 13 weeks, NO BLOCKED SCHEDULING, Weekend Requirement: 2 weekends required every 6 weeks
Must have at least a year of experience in an LTAC or acute Rehab. Med surg experience accepted
