Core Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized, high-quality, safe patient care using the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Provide culturally sensitive, patient-centered care and partner with patients and families for care goals.
• Coordinate and document quality care, fostering interdisciplinary communication and a respectful clinical environment.
• Actively participate in performance improvement, research, shared governance, and professional development.
• Serve as a preceptor/mentor to support workforce development.
• Promote and engage in evidence-based practice, data collection, and evaluation of clinical products and protocols.
• Efficiently plan patient care and support resource optimization.
• Comply with all organizational policies, standards, and code of conduct.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Nursing Diploma from an accredited school or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Licensing/Certifications: Active RN license (single state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification (or instructor).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience.
• Skills: Strong analytical, critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and time management skills. Ability to work in fast-paced, demanding environments.
