💉 What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily clinical operations and patient flow with confidence and care
• Mentor, guide, and support nurses and medical staff — leading by example
• Deliver and coordinate high-quality, compassionate care for patients of all ages
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with providers and leadership to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction

🎓 What You’ll Need:

• Active RN License (Single-State or Compact Multi-State) – Required
• BLS (AHA or ARC) – Required | ACLS – within 1 year of hire
• 2+ years of nursing experience (Urgent Care or Emergency Dept. preferred)
• Leadership or Charge Nurse experience strongly preferred
• Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and communication skills
