Special Requirements: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Obtain 12 lead EKG/ECG, Thermoregulation: hypothermia/hyperthermia, Post Cardiac Surgery (directly from the OR), Pre/Post Cardiac Cath/intervention, Sheath Removal, IV insulin protocols, Chronic/Acute Renal failure, Accessing/Managing Ports, Arterial line management, Blood, Product Administration, Central line care/management, PICC line management, Starting and maintaining IVs, Continuous IV paralytics/Neuromuscular blockads, Continuous IV sedation, Emergency Medications, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Titrate Cardiac drips, Titrate Vasoactive drips, CVA/Acute Stroke management, Hypothermia protocol/Arctic Sun, Assist with management of BiPAP, Assist with management of CPAP, Assist with Chest Tube Insertion/Removal, Care of Ventilated Patient, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Suctioning (ETT, NT), Ventilator Management,Infection Prevention, Isolation Precautions/ Use of PPE, Phlebotomy, Surgical Wounds with drains/Wound Vac

Unit Information: ICU unit with floating to PCU- ICU/PCU- RN must be able to take higher ratio's - Screen strong PCU RN's. ARDS, COPD, STEMI, NSTEMI, DKA, AKI's, UTI's, Acute Shock.
