DESCRIPTION
Position: ICU Float Pool RN
Contract Length: 13–15 Weeks
Shift: Nights
Client Requirement: Flu Vaccine Mandatory

Assignment Details

ICU Float Pool – will float to MS/Tele, PCU, Stepdown, Overflow Units, and Overflow PACU as needed
Must be comfortable floating to multiple units, including high-acuity transplant units
Large hospital experience required
EKG exam administered on Day 1 of orientation – must pass to continue assignment

Experience & Requirements

Minimum 2 years ICU experience
PA Line experience REQUIRED (will be assessed during interview)
First-time travelers accepted only with at least 3 years of total RN experience
Must have experience with:
- Vents
- IV starts
- Telemetry
- ICP monitoring
- Conscious sedation
- PA Lines (hard stop requirement)

ACLS
NIHSS
