**AGENCY MUST SUPPLY RADIATION BADGE**
PET Technologist
Shift: Will work 5x8hrs, 9a-530p (M-F)
No holidays
Is on-call REQ? No
Weekend REQ: Unit performs PETCT scans on Saturdays twice a month. May be required to work 1or 2 Saturdays depending on unit needs
Will this traveler float between service lines? No
Floating Req to Sister Facilities: No

Years of experience REQ: 1 year
First-timers accepted: Yes
Trauma Level REQ: Level 1 and II trauma is preferred
Equipment/Scanner Exp REQ: Siemens
Radiation Badge REQ: Yes. Radiation badge MUST be provided by agency; MUSC does NOT provide radiation badges to travelers
Must have ALL 3 listed below.
1. 2 National certs-NMTCB and ARRT. They both need Nuclear Medicine, or Radiology, or Computed Tomography on the national cert.
2. SCRQSA(State License) in Nuclear Medicine and Radiology or Computed Tomography
3. BLS

Open to accommodating block schedule? Approval prior to assignment, but not guaranteed.
Locals Accepted/Local Radius: Yes, on a case-by-case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate. Local radius is 60 miles.
RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on manager/unit's needs.
Guaranteed Hours: Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks

If this is a problem, please ensure travelers do not confirm a new or ext assignment during the season. Hurricane season runs from June through November each year. The peak months for hurricane activity are August and September.**
