Start Time: On the hour
Report To: Report to Nursing Administration office – located on the first floor - Go past the front desk until you have to make a left or right, go right then first left and it will be the fourth door on the right. You may be required to leave collateral such as keys to check out facility items (Imobile phones, badges). Please return each shift unless otherwise approved by a facility leader.
