Position Details

Facility: Center for Rehabilitation & Brain Injury
Location: Lake Katrine, NY

Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Shift: Nights | 3x12s | 7p–7a | Every Other Weekend & Holiday
Start Date: ASAP upon clearance
Scheduling: No block scheduling

Compensation (Weekly Breakdown)

Total Weekly Gross: $1,437/week
Regular Pay: $17.00/hr
Overtime Pay: $32.00/hr
Taxable Wages: $612.00/week
Non-Taxable Stipend (Meals & Housing): $825.00/week

Requirements

• Active NY LPN License
• Minimum 6 months of recent LPN experience (1+ year preferred)
• Vent experience highly preferred
• Point of Care (POC) EMR experience
• Must be able to float to all units (Short-Term, MCU, NRP)
• Must be dependable and professional with a focus on patient recovery

Role Summary

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at this specialized rehabilitation center, you’ll provide hands-on care to patients with neurological and physical recovery needs. Your duties will include medication administration, patient monitoring, collaboration with therapy teams, and supporting patients through their rehabilitation journey.
