Description

🏥 VT - RN - Med/Surg - Day Shift - $10,000 Sign on !

Shift: Day (7 AM – 7 PM, 3x12s, 36 hours/week)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs/week

Position Description

Escape the big city and join our dynamic Med/Surg team in beautiful Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom!
You’ll provide exceptional care for adult and occasional pediatric patients in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities include:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care across Med/Surg, Ortho, and observation units
Collaborate with a skilled interdisciplinary team
Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement patient care
Support holistic healing that meets physical, spiritual, and developmental needs

This is not a pediatric floor, but RNs must be prepared to occasionally care for pediatric patients.

Requirements

Licensure: Active Vermont or Compact RN license
Experience: Minimum 3 years acute care (Meditech experience preferred)
Certifications:
- BLS (AHA)
- ACLS
Additional: All credentials due 5 business days before start date

Compensation & Benefits

Facility Salary Range (perm positions): $70,000 – $104,000
Sign on Bonus: $10,000 !!
