About the Role 

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN to join a high-acuity team at a Level I Trauma Center in Germantown, TN. This 13-week travel assignment offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, short-term acute care facility with a strong emphasis on trauma care. Candidates must be fully licensed under NLC guidelines and meet all compliance requirements at the time of submission.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive emergency care to patients across all age groups and acuity levels
• Respond to trauma activations and critical emergencies in a Level I Trauma environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to stabilize and treat patients
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Participate in on-call and weekend shifts as needed

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years recent ER experience (3+ years required for first-time travelers)
• Level I Trauma Center experience required
• Experience in large hospital settings preferred
• Active RN license compliant with NLC guidelines (pending licenses not accepted)
• Driver’s license must be submitted with application
